Audra Scharpf

As a young girl, Audra spent time watching Animal Planet and nose deep into books about dog breeds and training.

Like most people, Audra's first experience training a dog was with a family pet. In 2006, her mom brought home an ornery Doberman Pinscher puppy. Love for the puppy was to be expected, but there was more to it for Audra who jumped right in to working with and teaching her new puppy to be mannerly. In 2013, Audra began training for AKC competition and realized that the want to train and help others with their dogs would be everlasting. Entering the AKC obedience ring was an immeasurable opportunity due to the knowledge, experience, and relationships built. Audra met her mentor, a Triple Crown Academy (now Starmark Academy) graduate and instructor who she has spent countless hours learning from during this time.

In addition, Audra has attended several training seminars on various training methods, disciplines, and concepts within dog training, and worked alongside many other trainers.

When not working with client dogs, Audra loves spending time with her personal dogs competing in their sport of choice, hiking with her dogs, and finding new rivers to let them swim in.
